My work is client-focused, evidence-based and filled with love. I offer prenatal services including yoga, breastfeeding education and preparation for birth. I serve families in the postpartum period through expert lactation and postpartum support. I am honored to work professionally with doulas, prenatal yoga teachers, lactating consultants and trauma-informed yoga teachers.
